Joppa House is our sister ministry located at 801 State Street. Joppa House is a Curriculum-Based Women's Transitional Home for those who are homeless or facing homelessness. Joppa House was birthed out of a desire to see the multiple clients who come through Third Day's doors that are homeless with no place to go. We have a desire to break the cycle of poverty that is plaguing this generation.

We are always looking for people who are willing to volunteer their time to be a part of our ministry. Five days a week our "big room" drop-in ministry is open with many people stopping in just for a cup of coffee and a chat. We need people to come and chat with them.
If you are willing to volunteer in that way, give our office a call or drop-in yourself and see how you can get involved. We would love to see you and have you on our team!
Every week we see dozens of people come through our doors, with twice as many phone calls. Here is some of what we do:
To be a light in the community, preaching the good news, lifting up the broken hearted, and making disciples who will go and change the world.
Our goal: to become the great commission that is outlined for us in the Bible, found at Matthew 28:16-20.
